What is Murder Mystery?

The murder mystery is so much fun. It's very interactive and personalized. The guest’s love it and it keeps them engaged with mystery clues, vignettes, and the cast of fun characters.  It's a wonderful, social, up-lifting event that the guests will talk about for years to come.  We can incorporate information about your company, and inside jokes about your guests to make this event a customized production. The show can be designed to suit several formats: Cocktail show, sit down dinner or buffet.

Murder Mystery is LA's longest running show, now in it's 25th year. All actors are Los Angeles Union talent, performing this show for 12 to 16 years.  They are a cast of true professionals with years of experience performing for corporate clients, casinos and U.S.O. tours. Our Murder Mystery show includes a custom written soundtrack, which keeps the show highly produced and moving in an up-beat fashion.

How Does Murder Mystery Work?

The show begins with a ‘scavenger hunt for clues”.  From the moment you meet the Mistress of Murder the plot begins to thicken.

Each guest will be given a clue card. There are over 50 clues to find. What a great way to get the party going!  All guests are invited to lie about their identity.  Have you prepared your alibi??

We will include some of your guests as suspects.  They are framed and can become part of the show.  We will personalize our murder mystery when given information about your group to make your event one-of-a-kind!

 In between the courses of dinner the plot begins to twist leaving you with 4 crimes to solve.  Winners and suspects can receive prizes presented by our deadly cast of 6 professional Union Actors.

Frequently Asked Murder Mystery Questions

1. Can our guests be the actors?. We pride ourselves on presenting a polished, well-written and produced production that carefully combines audience participation, mystery and comedy. We offer your guests the opportunity to get involved in the show by becoming suspects and witnesses, keeping the show  “risk free for you”. Two of your guests will be framed and will become suspects.

2. Can the hotel provide the sound? Our Sound Engineer provides music and sound cues that are an integral part of the show, and includes music throughout the event. It’s a necessary addition to the murder mystery show.  Best of all, it's included!

3. Can we have a teambuilding activity? Most Fortune 500 companies to inspire teamwork and boost the morale of their employees have used our murder mystery for their team building activities.  We will create a team building murder mystery to accomplish your goals.
